The mindset behind all three: knowledge is not finished until it is codified. Problems from live programs become ideas, ideas become products, and the products go back into the work and sharpen the ideas that built them. Because everything we learn has to survive being built, we explore fast and waste little. That loop has produced six AI-powered products, and it produced a system of thinking that cuts through claims like “AI will take all the jobs” or “consulting is dead”, the kind of clarity you only earn by building with your own hands. And the loop forms our people: building products hands-on is the team's apprenticeship, and it turns out practitioners who are resilient, quick to pivot, quick to think, and able to act on their own.
